 Liability Disclaimer for Notarization of Will, Power of Attorneys, and Trust Documents 

As the undersigned, you acknowledge and understand that neither Bristol Signing Service nor the notary public assigned to complete your notarization are attorneys and as such, they cannot provide legal advice or representation with respect to the preparation, content, or implications of the will, power of attorney, or trust document(s) to be notarized.

You (and all signing parties) further acknowledge that the notary public is appointed solely to verify your identity, witness my signature, and confirm that you (and all signing parties)  are signing the document(s) willingly and voluntarily.

As the signer, you (and all signing parties) confirm that you all have reviewed the will, power of attorney, or trust document(s) presented for notarization. You (and all signing parties) understand that the selection of the document's contents and its legal consequences are solely your responsibility. You (and all signing parties) had the option to seek independent legal counsel to review and explain the document(s) to you before requesting notarization.

By signing the document(s), you (and all signing parties) release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Bristol Signing Service and the notary public from any liability, claim, demand, loss, damage, or expense that may arise directly or indirectly from the notarization of the aforementioned document(s). This includes, but is not limited to, any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the document(s) or any legal consequences resulting from its execution.

You (and all signing parties) understand that the notary public is acting in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations governing notarial acts and is not responsible for the content, legality, or effectiveness of the document(s) being notarized.

Furthermore, you (and all signing parties) confirm that you all are of sound mind, under no duress, and signing these documents of your own free will.
